Byron Borger, who owns the magnificent Hearts & Minds Bookstore, has posted an annotated top list -- "Top Ten Books on a Christian Worldiew" -- that is well worth looking at.
Here are his picks:
Creating Regained / Al WoltersThe three books on the list that have had the most influence on me are Wolters' Creation Regained, David Naugle's Worldview: The History of a Concept, and The Transforming Vision by Middleton and Walsh. Seeing all these titles listed, and thinking of the many that aren't here, reminds me just how much has been said and written on the subject. My own modest contribution to the conversation -- Rethinking Worldview -- will be out in October.
The Transforming Vision / Richard Middleton & Brian Walsh
Subversive Christianity / Brian Walsh
The Universe Next Door / James Sire
Naming the Elephant / James Sire
Worldview: The History of a Concept / David Naugle
Total Truth / Nancy Pearcey
Heaven is a Place on Earth / Michael E. Wittmer
The Fabric of Faithfulness / Steven Garber
Heaven is Not My Home / Peter Marshall
To my shame, the only one of those books that I have ever picked up is Naugle's, and I never did more than skim through a few pages.
If I were to pick one up next month, which would you recomend starting with?

Jacob, I'd start with Creation Regained, and be sure to pick up the recent second edition.

Thanks Mark!
You will be happy to know that I purchased "Gilead" the other day.
