It's Monday and Rethinking Worldview still shows up as a pre-release title on Amazon. As of today, Amazon claims to be shipping the book on October 17, two days from now, but they've pushed back that date twice now. I'm not sure of the reasons for the delay, but these things happen. The book has to reach the publisher from the printer, then reach the bookseller and enter inventory, and there are all sorts of delays that can take place along the way.
For those of you who pre-ordered Rethinking Worldview from Amazon, I apologize for the delay. I received a notice over the weekend on my Amazon order saying that, because of the delay, I had to "approve" the new ship date to prevent the order from being canceled. If you received one of these notices, too, then I apologize doubly for the extra work involved. But it should all be sorted out soon and the free flow of Rethinking Worldview should commence!
